R. S. Rathee

Mr. R.S. Rathee is the founding father of QEC Constructions Pvt. Ltd., whose vision and leadership have shaped the company into a force to reckon with, in the construction industry. A skilled civil engineer with a Post Graduation in Construction Management, his career was a testament to his commitment to excellence and community service. With extensive experience in construction, he expertly bridged the gap between technical expertise and social impact, dedicating his life to building both structures and connections within the community. His deep knowledge, combined with his passion for social work, continues to inspire the team at QEC to reach new heights, driving the company's success and integrity.

Managing Director

Pranshu Rathee

Managing Director of QEC Constructions Pvt Ltd. and GPF Security Private Ltd. Pranshu Rathee is a seasoned journalist and media professional, with experience in reporting and editing. He holds a post-graduate diploma in journalism from the Asian College of Journalism, Chennai. Pranshu has worked with prominent organizations such as Newsweek Group's International Business Times and Deccan Herald, before transitioning to freelance work with Citizen Matters. His academic background includes undergraduate studies in history from Ramjas College, Delhi University, and schooling at the Shri Ram School. Pranshu furthered his learning through the Young India Fellowship and later pursued a Master's in Liberal Studies from Ashoka University.

Akaksha Rathee

Ms. Rathee is a seasoned architect with over a decade of experience in residential, institutional, and retail architecture. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Sushant School of Art and Architecture in Gurgaon in 2013, followed by a Master's in Art from the Institute of Advanced Architecture, Spain in 2015. Ms. Rathee has worked with renowned firms like ALA Helsinki and DWA Toronto, and actively contributes to promoting diversity in the industry through her involvement with BEAT (Building Equality in Architecture Toronto). She was honored with the "Thai Green Award'' for her innovative thesis project on hydroceramics, showcasing her dedication to sustainability and excellence in design.
